À chaque fois qu'un joueur lance un sort non-créature, mettez un marqueur "collection" sur la Taxe charitable. Puis, s'il y a au moins trois marqueurs "collection" sur elle, sacrifiez-la. Si vous faites ainsi, piochez une carte, puis vous pouvez chercher dans votre bibliothèque une carte de plaine, la mettre sur le champ de bataille engagée, puis mélanger.
Noncreature spells cost 1 more to cast.
Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, put a collection counter on Charitable Levy. Then if there are three or more collection counters on it, sacrifice it. If you do, draw a card, then you may search your library for a Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
